We accept returns of standard (non-custom) picture frames within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the frame must be:
Custom-made frames — including those ordered in non-standard sizes, custom finishes, or with personalized engravings — are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not attempt to repair the frame yourself.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal account). Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
